Avico 8x8 HDMI Matrix Switch 4K 60Hz HDMI 2.0 ARC

8x8 HDMI matrix for multi-source installations

The Avico 8x8 HDMI matrix switch routes eight HDMI sources to eight displays with independent output selection. It suits installers and AV managers who need simultaneous distribution of 4K 60 Hz signals across multiple zones. The unit handles both 4K and 1080p sources without manual reconfiguration.

HDMI 2.0 bandwidth for 4K 60 Hz

The single specification that decides fit is the HDMI 2.0 interface, which carries 4K video at 60 Hz with HDR and Dolby Vision metadata. Any source or display limited to HDMI 1.4 will not pass 4K 60 Hz through this matrix, so the full signal chain must support the 2.0 standard.

ARC simplifies audio return

The built-in Audio Return Channel lets each connected display send audio back to a central receiver or soundbar without extra cabling. Downscaling on each output allows a 4K source to feed mixed 4K and 1080p screens simultaneously. Web GUI control provides remote switching and EDID management from any networked device.
