Axiom 16 GB DDR4-2666 ECC Registered DIMM

This 16 GB DDR4 module runs at 2666 MHz with CL19 latency and 1.2 V operation. It uses a 288-pin registered design with ECC for error correction. The part is validated for Dell EMC PowerEdge C6420, R640, R740, R740Xd and R940 servers.

Suited for servers needing registered ECC memory

Buyers needing unbuffered memory or a different pin count cannot use this module. Systems that require higher frequencies or lower latencies should look elsewhere. Non-server platforms lacking registered DIMM support are not compatible.
