BAFO Technologies MUTP5E-100BUB Cat5e 100 ft blue network ethernet cable

Cat5e 100 ft blue patch cable

This Cat5e patch cable spans 100 ft and is finished in blue. It is built for standard Ethernet extension in home or office networks. Booted, moulded, snagless connectors protect the latch during repeated use. The cable supports typical Gigabit speeds over copper at this length.

Suits runs up to 100 ft where Cat5e performance is

It suits installers who need a single 100 ft drop for a router, switch, PC or access point. It does not suit runs that exceed 100 ft or installations that require Cat6 or higher bandwidth. Buyers who need shielded cable, outdoor rating or multiple shorter lengths should look at other products.

Category 5E rating

The cable is rated Cat5E, which defines its maximum supported frequency and crosstalk performance. This rating decides whether the link will meet the speed and distance requirements of the target network. Verify that Cat5E matches the specification of the equipment you are connecting.
