Multiband Reception

Triple Power and Audio Options

A built-in rechargeable battery, USB cable input and optional 2xD cell batteries give three ways to keep the unit running. The 3W speaker delivers room-filling sound while a 3.5mm headphone jack enables private listening. No USB power adapter is included in the package.

Retro Design for Simple Operation

Large analog tuning and dedicated band buttons create a senior-friendly interface inside a vintage-styled cabinet measuring 7.68 x 3.07 x 4.84 inches with a carry handle. Buyers who need digital presets, Bluetooth streaming or weather-alert specific certifications should look at other models.

Questions about this item

How long does the built-in rechargeable battery last before it needs replacing?

The internal rechargeable cell is not user-replaceable; when its capacity drops you can keep the radio running with two D-cell batteries or the USB power input.

What limits continuous listening time on a single charge?

Runtime is set by the built-in battery capacity; once depleted you must switch to D cells or USB power to continue listening.

Does the 3 W speaker get hot or noisy during all-day use?

The 3 W speaker stays cool and silent; the only sound is the audio output and the unit draws minimal power from batteries or USB.
