Smart WiFi Monitor for Home & Greenhouse

The BaldrTherm WiFi Thermometer Hygrometer delivers wireless temperature and humidity tracking for indoor and outdoor spaces. It connects via 2.4GHz WiFi to send instant phone alerts when conditions leave your set range. A dedicated freezing alert helps protect pipes and greenhouse plants while you are away. The 3.9-inch high-contrast LCD shows readings clearly without a backlight, avoiding light pollution in nurseries or bedrooms.

Check WiFi Band and Power Needs Before Buying

Your router must broadcast a 2.4GHz network for the initial setup and ongoing cloud connection. The unit ships without the three AA batteries it requires, so have those ready. Metal enclosures such as fridges or freezers block the signal and the sensor is not rated for those environments. Mount the display using the integrated stand or wall-mount option in a location that receives some ambient light for the solar panel.

Solar Hybrid Power Runs Up to 12 Months

Integrated solar panels harvest indoor and outdoor light to extend battery life to roughly one year under normal use. The screen refreshes every 30 seconds while Bluetooth syncs every 2 seconds for local checks. Cloud data updates hourly, yet threshold breach alerts push to your phone immediately. With no backlight and no moving parts, the device operates silently and draws negligible power between transmissions.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and do I need to buy 3 AA batteries separately?

The unit includes the thermometer hygrometer and mounting hardware; 3 AA batteries are not included and must be purchased separately.

Should I choose the 2.4 GHz WiFi version or a Bluetooth-only model for remote alerts?

This model uses 2.4 GHz WiFi for cloud connectivity and instant phone alerts from anywhere; Bluetooth is only for initial setup.

What does the 12-month battery life mean when the device is mounted in a shaded greenhouse?

The solar panel harvests ambient light to extend the included batteries up to 12 months; in low light the batteries alone still power the unit for the full period.
