Baldwin PT477 Hydraulic Element

The Baldwin PT477 is a new hydraulic filter element designed for Case, Hough and Marvel hydraulic systems. It uses a cartridge design with a 5 micron rating to capture fine contaminants in fluid circuits.

Compatibility check before ordering

Verify that your equipment uses a cartridge-style element with an outside diameter of 2 5/8 in and an inside diameter of 1 7/32 in. The overall height is 4-13/16 in and no thread size applies, so the housing must accept a slip-in element with an included O-ring.

Installation and system fit

The element slides into the existing filter housing and seals with the supplied O-ring, requiring no additional fittings or adapters. It frees the hydraulic circuit from particles down to the rated micron level while maintaining flow through the 2 5/8 in diameter core.
