Final DLC for Dark Souls III

The Ringed City is the last expansion for Dark Souls III on PC. It adds new areas, bosses, enemies, armor, magic and items to the base game. The content is delivered as a Steam code and requires the original game to play. Activation is restricted in the countries listed in the specifications.

Digital delivery with Steam DRM

No physical media is included; the product is a downloadable code redeemed through Steam. A Steam account and an internet connection are required for activation and installation. The software runs on Windows 7 SP1 64-bit or Windows 8.1 64-bit and has no moving parts, fan noise or power draw of its own.

Account-bound licence for select regions

The licence is tied to your Steam account once redeemed and cannot be transferred. Buyers in blocked regions including Japan, China, Russia and others listed in the specifications cannot activate the code. The expansion is not a standalone title; owners of the base game on other platforms or without a Steam account cannot use this product.

Questions about this item

How do I install The Ringed City DLC on Steam, and what step do people often miss?

Redeem the online game code in Steam, ensure the base game Dark Souls III is already installed, then restart Steam so the DLC downloads and appears in the library.

Will this DLC require any future maintenance or replacement?

No, the downloadable content is a one-time activation tied to your Steam account and does not expire or need renewal.

What is the first limitation I will hit when playing this DLC for long sessions?

The DLC runs on the same Dark Souls III engine, so performance is bound by your PC meeting the 64-bit Windows 7 SP1 or 8.1 minimum OS requirement.
