1x2 Toslink Optical Splitter Cable

The Bangun splitter cable takes a single TOSLINK optical output and provides two male TOSLINK connections for simultaneous use. It suits home-theatre setups where a TV, console or Blu-ray player must feed both a soundbar and a wireless headphone base at the same time.

Plug-and-play installation

No drivers or power supply are required; the male connectors insert directly into the source and the two receiving devices. The 6 ft length offers flexible placement, while the PVC jacket and gold-plated tips resist corrosion and maintain signal integrity.

Ideal for dual-output audio.

Buyers who need to split one optical source into two active listening devices will benefit from the independent volume control on each downstream unit. Users who require signal boosting, format conversion or more than two outputs should look at powered distribution amplifiers instead.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the Bangun 1x2 Toslink splitter is passing audio correctly after connecting it?

Play a source that outputs uncompressed PCM or 5.1 to 7.1 surround sound; both connected devices — such as a soundbar and a wireless headphone base — should receive audio simultaneously with independent volume control and no signal switching required.

What comes in the box with the Bangun 1x2 Toslink splitter and what extra cables might I need?

The package includes one 6 ft splitter cable with a single male Toslink input and two male Toslink outputs; no additional fiber optic cables are required for the basic connection, but your source and receiving devices must each have their own Toslink ports.

Which version of the Bangun 1x2 Toslink splitter should I choose for a 6 ft run?

The model listed is the 6 ft variant (part number splitter-cable-6ft); it supports signal distances up to 150 ft with loss below .2 dB/m, so the 6 ft length is well within the rated performance range.
