Legal-Size File Storage

These medium-duty boxes hold inactive legal-size documents and work with or without shelving. FastFold one-step setup assembles each box in seconds. String-and-button closure secures contents even if a box tips over. Made with a high percentage of recycled material.

Suits archive teams and home offices

Ideal for anyone organising legal paperwork that needs quick access and secure closure. Not suited for heavy industrial loads beyond the rated stacking capacity. Buyers needing waterproof or fire-rated containers should look elsewhere.

Stacks five high on existing shelves

Boxes stack up to five units high with an evenly distributed load of 550 lb on the bottom carton. No special racking required; they sit on standard shelves or the floor. Plastic handles free up carrying effort when moving files between rooms.

Questions about this item

What shelving units or workspace clearance do I need to store these 0070503 legal-size boxes?

They work with or without shelving units and stack up to five high, so allow enough vertical clearance for the stack height plus safe access to the string-and-button closure.

Will the string-and-button closure stay secure if I stack older, heavier archive boxes on top of these?

Each box supports up to 550 lb of evenly distributed weight, so the closure remains secure even when fully stacked with other boxes.

How can I confirm the FastFold assembly is correctly locked before loading files?

After the one-step setup, verify the plastic handle is seated, the bottom and end panels are fully folded, and the string-and-button closes without resistance.
