A G1/4" manual pressure-release valve that vents excess air from a reservoir or high point to simplify priming and prevent pump air locks
This silver-coloured fitting installs in a G1/4" threaded port on a reservoir or other high point in a custom liquid-cooling loop. It provides a manual control to vent trapped air and excess pressure, making initial priming easier and helping to prevent pump air locks during operation. The all-metal construction suits standard hard-line or soft-tube builds that use G1/4" threads throughout.
This valve is intended for loops that have a G1/4" port available at the highest location and where the user wants manual control over pressure release. Systems that rely solely on automatic bleed valves, or that lack a free G1/4" port at a high point, will not benefit from this component. It does not replace a fill port or a standard stop plug.
The fitting uses the industry-standard G1/4" (BSPP) thread pitch found on most water-blocks, radiators, pumps and reservoirs sold for PC liquid cooling. Verify that the intended mounting location has a matching female G1/4" port before purchase; other thread standards will not seal correctly.

The valve uses standard G1/4" threads compatible with common water-cooling fittings; re-sealing is only needed if the O-ring or thread sealant degrades during routine loop maintenance.
The fitting is a manual pressure equaliser, not an automatic relief valve; it vents only when you turn the knob, so no factory-set pressure limit activates during normal use.
The valve has no moving parts while closed and no electrical components, so it contributes zero noise and negligible thermal load to a continuously running custom loop.
