Biometric Drawer Safe

The Barska AX11556 is a top-opening security safe that uses a fingerprint scanner for keyless entry. Dual hydraulic hinges lift the drawer automatically when the lock releases. It stores up to 30 unique fingerprints for multiple authorised users.

Quick-access storage for valuables

Suited for home or office environments where rapid access to documents, cash or small devices is a priority. Battery operation means no wiring is required during installation. Buyers who need fire resistance, water protection or a larger interior capacity should consider a different safe class.

30-fingerprint capacity

The biometric module accepts a maximum of 30 enrolled prints, which determines how many individuals can open the safe without a backup key. Verify that this user limit matches the intended access list before purchase.

Questions about this item

Does the safe ship with batteries or must I buy four AA cells separately?

The safe runs on four AA batteries which are not included in the box, so you will need to purchase them before first use.

Is the 30-fingerprint limit per user or shared across all users?

The biometric module stores up to 30 fingerprints in total; you can divide them among as many people as you like.

How quickly does the motorised deadbolt react once a stored fingerprint is recognised?

The reinforced motorised deadbolt releases immediately after a valid fingerprint is read, allowing the top drawer to spring open via its dual hydraulic hinges.
