Universal 5V 1A power adapter

This AC-to-DC adapter delivers up to 5W at 5V 1A from any 100-240V 50/60Hz mains supply. It includes eight interchangeable DC tips ranging from 2.5x0.7mm to 5.5x2.5mm plus Micro-USB and Type-C connectors. The centre-positive polarity suits most 5V household and office devices such as security cameras, baby monitors, LED strips and Raspberry Pi boards. It is not intended as a phone or laptop charger.

Sustained 5W output behaviour

The unit is rated for a continuous 1A maximum, so it can supply any load up to 1000mA including 0.8A, 0.5A or lower without time limits.
