  • Noise-cancelling boom mic ensures clear voice pickup in loud areas

  • Screw-on HRS connector keeps cable attached and allows easy field replacement
  • Drop-tested durability survives six 6-foot impacts on all sides

Industrial Voice Headset

The BatteryJack SR20 TankSpeech headset is built for workers using Vocollect T2, T2X, T5 or A500 terminals in warehouses and distribution centres. Its single-cup design rests on one ear so the other ear stays open to ambient sound. The reversible boom lets users wear it on the left or right side. It targets staff who need hands-free voice picking in normal noise environments.

Thermals Noise Power

The padded ear cup is waterproof and the bidirectional boom microphone is noise-cancelling and waterproof, helping maintain clear audio in humid or temperature-extreme conditions. The lightweight frame weighs just 6 ozs, reducing fatigue during long shifts. No active cooling or power specifications are provided by the supplier.

Build Connectors Mounting

The headset survives six drops from six feet on all sides without breaking or splintering. An HRS screw connector secures the cable to the device and allows field replacement of a damaged cable without returning the unit. The ear cup adjusts vertically and horizontally for a snug fit. A two-year warranty covers the headset.

Questions about this item

How do I attach the SR20 TankSpeech headset to my Vocollect T2, T2X, T5 or A500, and what step is often missed?

Screw the HRS connector firmly into the device port until it seats fully; the threads must be fully engaged or the cable can work loose during movement.

What part will need replacement first on the SR20 TankSpeech headset, and how is it swapped?

The detachable HRS cable is the primary wear item; unplug the damaged cable from both headset and device, then screw in a new cable without returning the unit.

What limits continuous use of the SR20 TankSpeech headset in extreme temperatures and humidity?

The headset is rated for industrial temperature and humidity extremes, but the padded ear cup and boom mic seals define the practical comfort limit during long shifts.
