Cash Drawer for POS Systems

The Beelta BX1315B is a 13-inch cash drawer built for point-of-sale environments. It uses a 24V RJ11 or RJ12 connection to open automatically from a compatible receipt printer. A key-lock and emergency lever provide manual backup opening.

Retail and Hospitality Use

This unit suits shops, cafés, pharmacies and service stations that need a compact, lockable drawer with a removable tray. It is not for buyers who need a larger unit with more bill or coin compartments than the five of each provided here.

24V RJ11 or RJ12 Interface

The drawer requires a 24V signal through an RJ11 or RJ12 cable to trigger automatic opening. The cable is included. Verify that your printer or POS system supplies this exact voltage and connector before purchase.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions of the BX1315B drawer so I can check counter space?

The unit measures 15.2 inches wide, 13.5 inches deep and 3.9 inches high.

How do I connect the drawer to a receipt printer for automatic opening?

Plug the included RJ11 cable into the drawer's RJ11/RJ12 port and the printer's matching port; the drawer will then open automatically when a print job is sent.

What is the expected service life of the slide mechanism before it may need attention?

The ball-bearing slides are tested to over 2,000,000 open/close cycles, so replacement is unlikely under normal retail use.
