Belkin CE001B10-PUR-S 10ft CAT6 Slim Gigabit Snagless UTP Network Ethernet Cable Purple

SKU CH-0V65-THJR8 MPN CE001B10-PUR-S

A 10 ft CAT6 slim patch cable with snagless RJ45 plugs and 50-micron gold-plated connectors for gigabit network links

  • Slim 10ft design saves space and improves airflow
  • CAT6 UTP stranded copper supports gigabit speeds up to 1000BASE-T
  • 28 AWG 4 twisted pairs reduce crosstalk for clear signal
  • 50-micron gold-plated RJ45 contacts resist corrosion and ensure reliable connection
  • Snagless molded strain relief prevents cable cracking and breaking

Slim 10 ft CAT6 Cable

This Belkin CAT6 patch cable spans 10 ft and uses a slim UTP construction to connect PCs, switches or routers in home or office networks. Its 28 AWG stranded copper conductors keep the cable flexible for tight routing behind desks or through cable-management channels.

Space-Saving Build Fit

The reduced diameter leaves more room in crowded racks or desk grommets and improves airflow around active equipment. Snagless boots protect the RJ45 latch during repeated insertion and removal, while molded strain relief guards the solder joints from bending stress.

Gigabit Headroom

Four twisted pairs support 100-1000BASE-T links up to 1 Gbps, with 50-micron gold-plated contacts resisting corrosion for a clean signal. The UTP design lacks shielding, so runs near heavy electrical noise may see reduced margins compared with shielded alternatives.

Questions about this item

Will a 10 ft run at gigabit speeds stay reliable without signal loss?

The 28 AWG stranded copper pairs meet the CAT6 standard and support up to 1 gigabit per second over the full 10 ft length.

Does the slim PVC jacket and gold-plated RJ45 contacts run cool and quiet in a packed patch panel?

The cable is passive with no active components, so it generates no heat and makes no noise during continuous operation.

What network ports must my router and PC already have for this cable to work?

Both devices need standard RJ45 ports that support 100-1000BASE-T Ethernet.
