Built for competitive esports

The BenQ XL2566X+ is a 24.1 inch Fast TN gaming monitor built for competitive esports. Its 400 Hz refresh rate and 1920 x 1080 resolution deliver the motion clarity that high-level players prioritise. The flat panel design keeps geometry consistent across the screen.

DyAc 2 and bundled accessories change daily use

DyAc 2 dual backlight technology reduces blur with softer light output for easier eye adaptation. The shielding hood blocks peripheral glare during tournaments. The S Switch provides instant access to saved profiles. XL Setting to Share with Auto Game Mode switches colour modes automatically between titles.

1080p at 400 Hz leaves headroom for high frame rates

The 1920 x 1080 resolution keeps GPU load low so modern cards can sustain frame rates near the 400 Hz ceiling. TN panel speed minimises overshoot in fast motion. Contrast of 1000:1 and 320 cd/m2 brightness limit HDR impact and deep-shadow detail in dark scenes.

Questions about this item

Will the DyAc 2 backlight or the Fast TN panel need replacement after heavy daily use?

The DyAc 2 dual backlight and Fast TN panel are solid-state components with no user-replaceable parts; the monitor is rated for continuous operation at <65W power draw.

What limit appears first during extended 400Hz sessions — panel response or thermal throttling?

The Fast TN panel with DyAc 2 off delivers native variable refresh rate without overshoot, and the <65W power envelope keeps thermals stable during sustained 400Hz use.

How much fan noise and heat does the monitor produce when running all day at 400Hz?

The unit has no fan; heat output stays within the <65W on-mode rating, and the industrial-grade bearing stand adjustment operates silently.
