12 V 5 A power adapter for LED strips

This 60 W supply accepts 100 V to 240 V AC input and delivers a steady 12 V DC output at up to 5 A. It is intended for hardware that runs on exactly 12 volts and draws no more than 5 amps. A female DC connector is included so wires can be attached without soldering. Indoor use only.

Connector size and voltage limits

The barrel jack measures 5.5 mm by 2.5 mm and also fits 5.5 mm by 2.1 mm sockets. Do not use this unit with 5 V, 9 V, 19 V, 20 V, 24 V or 36 V equipment. The output is fixed at 12 volts and the current must stay at or below the 5 A rating.
