Purpose and compatibility

This BFKK cable adapts a native 12VHPWR 16-pin graphics-card connector to two standard 8-pin PCIe power plugs. It is built for RTX 4070, 4070 Ti, 4070 Super, 5070, 5080 and 5090 cards that already use the 16-pin interface. Builders whose GPU retains dual 8-pin sockets cannot use this adapter.

Power delivery limits

The assembly is rated for continuous output between 400 W and 450 W with a peak of 450 W over the 16 AWG tinned-copper conductors. PCIe 5.0 signalling is supported, but any card or power supply demanding more than 450 W through this connector exceeds the cable’s specified capacity.

Build and cable management

Alloy copper terminals and a high-density nylon braid reduce heat at the plug and improve flexibility compared with stiff factory cables. Four transparent acrylic comb clips are included to align the 14-inch runs cleanly inside compact cases. The fixed length leaves no slack for routing behind large motherboard trays or distant PSU bays.
