24V 48W AC/DC adapter for low-power DC devices

This 24 volt 2 amp power supply converts 100 to 240 volt AC mains into a stable 24V DC output rated at 48 watts. It suits LED strip lighting, CCTV cameras, DC water pumps and similar 24V equipment drawing up to 2 amps. The barrel connector measures 5.5 mm outer diameter with a 2.1 to 2.5 mm inner diameter. A screw-terminal female plug is included for solderless wiring.

48 watt headroom for loads up to 2 amps

Continuous output is 24V at 2 amps maximum, so any device rated below 48 watts runs with headroom. Example draws such as 500 mA, 1 A, 1.2 A, 1.4 A, 1.5 A, 1.6 A and 1.8 A all operate safely. The unit cannot power 5V, 9V, 12V, 19V, 36V or 42V gear, and it will shut down if the connected load exceeds the 2 amp limit.
