Extends 4K@30Hz or 1080P@120Hz video plus keyboard, mouse and three USB devices over a single Ethernet cable up to 120 metres with zero-latency plug-and-play operation
This KVM extender transmits 4K video at 30 Hz and 1080p at 120 Hz over a single Ethernet cable up to 120 metres. It includes a transmitter with one USB host port and a receiver with a three-port USB 2.0 hub running at 480 Mbps. The system supports 7.1-channel audio and works with Windows, Mac and Linux without drivers.
The transmitter and receiver each use a locking power adapter to prevent accidental disconnects during continuous use. ESD protection is rated at ±8 kV air-gap and ±4 kV contact discharge. A Gigabit switch is required to maintain the 800 Mbps bandwidth needed for stable video and USB streaming.
Four-pin DIP switches on each unit let you pair one transmitter with one receiver in a shared network of up to 16 sets. Changing the DIP setting requires a power cycle of both units to take effect. The system is designed for interactive control of PCs, consoles and displays with keyboard, mouse or gamepad over distances up to 100 metres.

Set the four-pin DIP switch on the receiver to match the transmitter's position exactly, then power-cycle both units so the change takes effect.
The three-port hub on the receiver runs at USB 2.0 high-speed up to 480 Mbps.
A Gigabit switch is mandatory; a 100 Mbps switch cannot sustain the needed throughput.
