Compact 4U desktop rack

This 2-post 4U open-frame rack fits on a workbench or tabletop in home, office or studio spaces that lack a wiring closet. It accepts standard 19-inch rackmount servers, switches, routers, patch panels and AV gear. The unit ships fully assembled and only requires unfolding before equipment is mounted with the included M6 screws.

19-inch mounting constraint

Equipment must conform to the 19-inch rack standard; the usable depth is 11.6 inches, so deeper servers or appliances will not fit. Height inside the frame is 9.2 inches without the rubber feet, limiting the stack to four rack units. No cable-management accessories or side panels are supplied, so airflow and cable routing remain open.

50-pound load limit

The cold-rolled steel frame with steel rivets is rated for a maximum of 50 pounds of installed equipment. The rack becomes more rigid once the first device is screwed in, and non-slip feet protect the supporting surface. It folds flat for transport or storage, but the weight capacity and shallow depth rule out heavy or deep multi-unit deployments.
