Handheld 4‑inch tester checks 8MP TVI, 4MP CVI, 5MP AHD, CVBS and 4K IP cameras, supplies 12V DC and 48V PoE, and controls PTZ via over 30 protocols
The BFKK 5 in 1 CCTV tester is built for technicians who install and maintain IP analog, HD coaxial and CVBS cameras. It combines a 4 inch screen with a physical keypad in a handheld form factor. The unit provides DC12V 1A and PoE DC48V power outputs up to 24W for powering cameras during setup. A 7.4V 2400mAh battery delivers about 8 hours of operation after a 4 to 5 hour charge.
The tester runs on its internal lithium ion polymer battery for roughly 8 hours per charge, supporting full day use on site without mains power. It supplies up to 24W through PoE and 12V outputs continuously while testing multiple cameras in sequence. Ethernet testing at 10/100/1000M, PING, IP scan and port flashing remain responsive during extended sessions. Audio recording, LED lamp and built in utilities stay available throughout the work period.
The single specification that decides fit is the maximum analog resolution of 8MP for TVI, 4MP for CVI and 5MP for AHD, plus H.265 and H.264 IP camera decoding up to 4K. If the installation uses cameras beyond these limits, the tester cannot display or configure them. Buyers who need higher analog megapixel counts or newer IP codec profiles must select a different instrument.

The unit is fanless and battery-powered, so it generates no audible fan noise and only minimal warmth during an 8-hour working cycle.
A charged 7.4 V battery, a Cat5e or better Ethernet cable, and the camera’s login credentials are all that is needed; the tester supplies PoE 48 V up to 24 W itself.
Yes, the tester supports more than 30 PTZ protocols including Pelco-D, Pelco-C, Samsung, Panasonic, Lilin and Yaan over coaxial control.
