6U Wall-Mount Cabinet for 19-inch Gear

This 6U wall-mount cabinet holds standard 19-inch rack equipment such as patch panels, switches and shelves. It provides 13.75 inches of usable front-to-back depth for cabling and devices. The unit suits LAN wiring, security, audio and visual installations. It is not for builders who need deeper enclosures or floor-standing racks.

SPCC Steel Build with 133-lb Rating

The frame uses 1.0 mm and 1.2 mm SPCC cold-rolled steel rated for 133 lbs of equipment. A 5 mm tempered glass front door and locking side panels secure the contents. No fan, power or thermal figures are supplied. It is not for sites that require active cooling data or specific noise limits.

Flat-Pack Assembly with Two Mounting Options

The cabinet ships flat-packed for simple assembly and includes four mount bolts for direct wall fixing. A separate wall plate is not included. Removable side panels give quick access to cables and connections. It is not for installers who need a pre-fitted wall plate or integrated cable-management trays.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the 6U cabinet to the wall and which hardware is included?

Use the four included mount bolts to fix the cabinet directly to wall studs, or attach a wall plate (not supplied) first and then hang the unit on that plate.

What part of the 6U cabinet will need attention or replacement over time?

The 5 mm tempered glass front door and the lock mechanism are the only moving parts; inspect the hinges and latch periodically and replace the glass if it ever cracks.

What is the first limit reached when the 6U cabinet is fully loaded and running continuously?

The 133 lb (60 kg) load rating of the SPCC steel frame is the hard ceiling; exceeding it risks structural deformation before any other factor becomes critical.
