A 30 ft Cat 8 cable rated for 2000 MHz and 40 Gbps, with 26 AWG shielded copper and gold-plated RJ45 connectors for indoor or outdoor use
This 30 ft Cat 8 Ethernet cable supports bandwidth up to 2000 MHz and data transmission up to 40 Gbps. It uses 26 AWG oxygen-free copper conductors with double shielding and a UV-resistant PVC jacket. The cable is rated for both indoor and outdoor use, including direct burial.
Two gold-plated RJ45 connectors provide shielded connections compatible with earlier Cat 5, Cat 5e, Cat 6, Cat 6a and Cat 7 cables. The connectors fit routers, switches, game consoles, smart TVs, NAS devices, IP cameras, VoIP phones and other equipment with RJ45 ports.
Ensure every device you plan to connect has an RJ45 port. Confirm that a 30 ft run is sufficient for your intended path, including any wall or conduit routing. The 26 AWG construction is thicker than 32 AWG alternatives, so check that your cable management can accommodate the larger diameter.

The cable uses 100 percent oxygen-free copper with aluminium foil and woven mesh shielding under a UV-resistant PVC jacket rated for direct burial, so the conductors and jacket are built to last the life of the installation.
The 2000MHz bandwidth supports the 40Gbps signalling specified for Cat 8, so neither figure is a separate bottleneck; the link runs at the rated 40Gbps as long as connected hardware also supports that speed.
The thicker 26AWG copper lowers resistance compared with 32AWG cables, reducing voltage drop and heat on PoE runs, while the passive shields add no power draw, so temperature and consumption stay minimal.
