Crimps 0.25mm²-10mm² insulated and uninsulated ferrules with a square ratchet crimper, includes 1900 terminals and a wire stripper for 22-10 AWG
The BFKK ferrule crimping tool kit handles insulated and uninsulated sleeve terminals from 0.25mm² to 10mm². It includes a ratchet crimper, a wire stripper for 22-10 AWG, and 1900 wire end-sleeves in an oxford fabric bag. Electricians working with PLCs and hobbyists building relay modules can both use this portable set.
Four synchronously driven claws form four serrated surfaces on every cycle. The full ratchet mechanism automatically adjusts to the correct range and will not release until the crimp is complete. A safety trigger clears jams caused by misalignment. The anti-skid handle reduces fatigue during long wiring sessions.
The crimper covers 23-7 AWG and the stripper covers 22-10 AWG, so the smallest wires the stripper can prepare are one step larger than the crimper's minimum. Terminals outside the 0.25mm²-10mm² window need a different tool. The kit supplies 1900 pieces; larger projects will require additional sleeves.

No published specifications for this item yet.
The ratchet mechanism and synchronised crimp claws operate by hand force alone, so there is no motor, fan or electrical heat to manage during extended use.
The stripper covers 22-10 AWG and the crimper accepts 23-7 AWG, so you need wires within that 0.25 mm² to 10 mm² range for the ferrules to fit.
The four serrated crimp surfaces are designed for standard insulated and uninsulated ferrules in the 23-7 AWG range, matching the common dimensions of older DIN-type sleeves.
