Hydraulic crimper with nine die pairs covering 12 to 2/0 AWG and 1/8" stainless cable, 0.45" stroke, 180° rotating head
This hydraulic crimping tool handles 12 to 2/0 AWG conductors with a 0.45 inch stroke. Nine die pairs cover 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1/0, 2/0 AWG and 1/8 inch stainless steel wire rope. The head rotates 180 degrees for access in tight spaces.
Verify the wire gauges you terminate fall within the 12 to 2/0 AWG range. Confirm the 1/8 inch die matches your stainless steel cable railing requirements. Ensure the 0.45 inch stroke provides enough travel for your connector type.
Replaces hand-operated crimpers when repeatable force is needed on power wires and electrical cables. The rotating head and quick-change latch speed up work in confined panels. Not suited for gauges larger than 2/0 AWG or for automated production lines.

No published specifications for this item yet.
The tool includes nine die pairs covering 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1/0 and 2/0 AWG plus a 1/8 inch die for stainless steel wire rope; no additional dies are required for those sizes.
Use the 2/0 AWG die for the battery cable and the dedicated 1/8 inch die for the stainless steel wire rope; each die is clearly marked for its specific size.
The 0.45 inch stroke delivers full crimping force in one squeeze, and the head rotates 180° so you can position the tool in narrow spaces without re-gripping.
