A 35 ft low-loss 50 ohm coaxial jumper with PL-259 connectors, swept to 1.35 VSWR and losing only 0.26 dB per 3 ft at 500 MHz
Length 35 ft.
This 35 ft coaxial jumper is built for CB radio, HAM, VHF marine antenna, AIS, antenna analyser, dummy load and SWR meter installations. It uses KMR 400 cable with PL-259 UHF male connectors on both ends for a secure 50 ohm link in base-station or mobile setups.
The KMR 400 dielectric attenuates only 0.26 dB per 3 ft at 500 MHz, giving roughly 60 % less loss than RG-58 at Wi-Fi frequencies. Swept testing guarantees VSWR below 1.35, while high-density tinned copper braid provides 100 % shielding for clean reception and transmission.
Nickel-plated RF Industries connectors with heavy mount-clamp attachment resist pull-out better than crimp types. A 2.2 in adhesive-lined heat-shrink tube seals each joint against moisture. Copper-clad aluminium conductor and UV-proof RF-PVC jacket are rated for 20-year outdoor exposure in harsh environments.

Over a 35 ft run the loss is about 3 dB at 500 MHz, roughly half the signal power, so keep the cable as short as practical for higher frequencies.
KMR 400 is a low-loss 50 ohm coax; PL-259 UHF connectors are generally used up to 500 MHz, matching the tested 500 MHz figure.
Allow at least 2.2 inches behind the connector for the adhesive-lined heat shrink and the clamp body to seat without stress.
