The BFKK NanoVNA-H4 V4.3 is a handheld vector network analyzer covering 10 kHz to 1.5 GHz. It targets radio amateurs and RF engineers who need portable S-parameter, VSWR, phase and delay measurements with a built-in 4-inch LCD.

Frequency Performance Limits

Direct si5351 output delivers better than 70 dB dynamic range from 50 kHz to 300 MHz, better than 60 dB from 300 MHz to 900 MHz and better than 40 dB from 900 MHz to 1.5 GHz. Metal shielding reduces external interference to improve measurement accuracy across these bands.

Installation and Common Issues

The package includes the analyzer with 1950 mAh battery, USB Type-C cable, two 30 mm SMA male-to-male RG174 cables, a simple calibration kit and an SMA female-to-female connector. PC control uses NanoVNASaver software for Touchstone export. Note that the SD slot only accepts low-speed SPI-mode cards up to 32 GB.
