BFKK

BFKK Outdoor Cat6 Shielded Gel Tape 1000ft

SKU CH-T2FE-X5EVT

Outdoor Cat6 shielded cable with dry gel tape, FTP foil twisted pairs and a ground wire for gigabit Ethernet to TIA/EIA-568-B.2 and IEC/ISO 11801

  • UV-protected jacket withstands sunlight exposure
  • Shielded foil twisted pair with ground wire reduces interference
  • Dry gel tape filling blocks moisture ingress
  • Certified to TIA/EIA-568-B.2 and IEC/ISO 11801 standards
  • Supports gigabit Ethernet over 1000 ft runs

Outdoor Cat6 Shielded Cable

This 1000-foot roll of outdoor-rated Cat6 cable uses FTP foil twisted-pair construction with a dry gel tape that blocks water ingress. A ground wire runs alongside the pairs to maintain shielding continuity. The jacket is UV protected for direct sunlight exposure.

Suited for aerial or buried runs

Installers pulling cable between buildings, to cameras or to wireless access points will benefit from the gel-filled shield. Buyers who need an indoor patch cable or a non-shielded UTP reel should look elsewhere because the gel and foil add stiffness and require shielded terminations.

TIA/EIA-568-B.2 and IEC/ISO 11801 compliance

The cable meets both the 568-B.2 and 11801 standards for Category 6 performance, supporting gigabit ethernet across the full 1000-foot length. Verifying that your connectors and tester are rated to the same standard is the single step that decides whether the link will certify.
