Pop-up floor outlet kit

The BFKK kit installs flush in concrete floors, dining tables or stone countertops. A spring-damped mechanism opens the cover slowly and retracts it when not in use. The silver aluminium top resists corrosion and weather while the stainless steel box mounts with adhesive or screws. It suits homes and commercial spaces that need power access without permanent visible sockets.

20 A tamper-resistant receptacle with USB

The unit provides a 20 A tamper-resistant AC outlet plus two USB ports sharing 5 V at 4.8 A total. An IP44-rated gasket seals the assembly against splashing water. ETL certification confirms compliance with North American safety standards. Normal operation stays cool and silent because no active cooling is required.

Included steel box and mounting hardware

The stainless steel box with integrated ears arrives ready for glue-down or screw-down installation. A watertight gasket and corrosion-resistant fasteners are supplied in the package. No separate software or configuration is needed; the outlet functions immediately after wiring by a qualified electrician.

Questions about this item

How do I install the pop-up outlet in a concrete floor and what step is often missed?

Mount the stainless-steel box in the concrete cut-out, then secure the aluminum cover with the supplied hardware; the step often missed is seating the IP44 gasket fully so the cover remains watertight.

What maintenance will the USB charging ports need over time?

The two 5V 4.8A USB ports have no user-serviceable parts; keep the cover closed when not in use so dust and moisture cannot reach the contacts.

What limit appears first when the receptacle runs at 20A continuously?

The tamper-resistant 20A receptacle is rated for 20A; sustained loads at that level will hit the breaker or thermal limit of the branch circuit before the outlet itself.
