Purpose and setting

The BFKK RT-9908 is a dual-way window intercom designed for service counters in banks, ticket offices, clinics and similar business environments. It enables hands-free, automatic two-way voice transmission without the need to press a button. The system suits staff who must communicate clearly through a glazed partition while keeping both hands free for paperwork or transactions.

Upgrade path

This unit replaces older single-direction speakers or basic call buttons that require manual switching. The jump is worthwhile when a site needs true full-duplex conversation, automatic voice-activated operation and a dedicated recording output for compliance or training records. It is not suited for outdoor drive-through lanes or installations that require wireless connectivity.

Sustained operation

A high-power input and output stage drives the window speaker for loud, clear sound during continuous daily use. A dedicated side-tone processing chip manages feedback so audio remains natural over long shifts. Independent internal and external volume controls let operators balance levels for changing ambient noise without interrupting the call. The flexible 2 m microphone neck stays in position throughout the day.
