Desk Grommet USB Hub

The BFKK hub mounts in a standard 60mm desk grommet hole and adds three USB 3.0 ports plus separate microphone and headphone jacks. Two Type-A and one Type-C connectors provide front-panel access for peripherals, headsets and storage devices. The 59in cable reaches a PC under the desk and the cover plate seals the opening against dust when the hub is not in use.

Sustained Transfer Behaviour

The hub operates at the USB 3.0 signalling rate of 5Gbps, so extended file copies or continuous audio streaming run at the same nominal bandwidth as short bursts. No active cooling or driver installation is required on Windows, Linux or Mac OS, and the aluminium housing helps dissipate heat during prolonged sessions.

Interface Practical Limits

Each port shares the single upstream USB 3.0 link, so simultaneous high-throughput devices will divide the 5Gbps aggregate bandwidth.
