Wire shelving unit with locking casters

This five-tier metal shelving unit measures 35.4"W x 15.7"D x 73.6"H and rolls on four caster wheels, two of which lock in place. Shelves adjust vertically by moving the clips along the posts, and the powder-coated finish resists rust and oxidation. Assembly requires no tools and takes roughly 10 minutes.

Suits mobile storage in garages, kitchens.

Buyers needing enclosed cabinets, wall-mounted units or shelving without wheels should consider other designs. The open wire construction allows airflow but offers no dust protection, and the unit stands 73.6" tall, so it will not fit under standard-height countertops.

Handles sustained heavy loads across all five

Each tier rests securely on clips that lock into the posts, distributing weight evenly during long-term use. The powder-coated metal resists wear from daily loading and unloading, while the locking casters keep the unit stationary when fully stocked. Removing the wheels and fitting adjustable feet is an option for permanent installations.

Questions about this item

Does the unit need any tools or extra hardware to assemble the 5 tier shelving?

No tools are required; the shelves snap onto the posts using the included clips and can be assembled in about 10 minutes.

Can the 35.4 inch wide shelves stay level if I remove the caster wheels and use the adjustable feet instead?

Yes, the wheels can be removed and replaced with the adjustable feet to keep the unit stable and level on uneven floors.

How can I confirm each of the five shelves is locked at the right height after setup?

Slide each shelf down until it rests firmly on the clips; the shelf will not move when properly seated.
