Flame Retardant Paint Booth Paper

Binks 29-872 flame retardant paper protects paint booth surfaces during spraying operations. The white masking material resists ignition from overspray and heat exposure. Supplied as a continuous roll for professional automotive refinishing work.

Suitable For Professional Paint Shops

Technicians masking large booth areas benefit from the 300 ft length and flame retardant rating. Shops needing smaller quantities or non-fire-rated masking should consider alternative products. This roll addresses high-volume commercial requirements rather than occasional use.

100 lb Basis Weight Rating

The paper carries a 100 lb weight designation indicating its substance and tear resistance during application. This specification determines durability when covering booth walls, floors and equipment. Verify this weight matches your booth masking standards before purchase.

Questions about this item

What width masking paper roll do I need for a standard 3 ft booth opening?

This roll is 3 ft wide, matching a typical booth opening so you can mask the full width in one pass.

How do I secure the 100 lb paper so it does not tear when I pull it across the booth?

Unroll the paper, align the edge, then tape the leading edge to the booth frame before dispensing; the heavy 100 lb stock resists tearing if you keep tension even.

When should I replace the roll during a multi-day paint job?

Replace the roll when the remaining length no longer covers the next panel or when the surface shows overspray saturation that could transfer to fresh work.
