BirdDog X1 20x Zoom PTZ Camera 1080p Black

Professional PTZ Camera for Live Production

The BirdDog X1 is a full HD pan-tilt-zoom camera built for professional videography and live streaming workflows. It delivers 1080p resolution with a 20x optical zoom lens for detailed close-ups. AI tracking technology keeps subjects in focus automatically during events or broadcasts. NDI|HX3 support enables efficient video transport over standard IP networks.

Halo Tally System and Flexible Connectivity

A daylight-visible Halo Tally border with illuminated numbering provides clear on-air status for talent and crew at a glance. The camera features an industry-first e-ink display for at-a-glance settings and status information. Seamless connectivity includes both NDI|HX3 for wired IP video workflows and Wi-Fi for flexible deployment options. These features streamline multi-camera productions in studios or remote locations.

Efficient IP-Based Operation

NDI|HX3 compression delivers high-quality video with reduced bandwidth requirements over standard network infrastructure. Power over Ethernet support simplifies installation by eliminating separate power cables where infrastructure allows. The PTZ mechanism provides smooth, controllable movement for professional pan, tilt, and zoom operations during live production. This network-centric design reduces cabling complexity compared to traditional baseband video setups.
