DB25M to RJ45F Modular Adapter Kit

This kit provides a Black Box modular adapter that connects a DB25 male serial port to an RJ45 female network jack. Thumbscrews secure the DB25 connection for a reliable fit. The adapter is finished in black and supplied new. It serves as a physical interface bridge between legacy serial equipment and twisted-pair cabling.

Installers linking serial gear to RJ45 patch panels

Technicians converting DB25 serial links for structured cabling will find the gender and pinout they need. Buyers who require a DB9 or DB15 serial interface should look elsewhere, as this adapter is built specifically for a 25-pin male connector. Users needing active signal conversion or protocol translation will not be served by this passive device.
