Black Box Cat6 Shielded Bulk Cable

This 1000-foot reel of Category 6 shielded cable is built for structured wiring runs in commercial and residential installations. The solid conductors and 400 MHz rated bandwidth support gigabit Ethernet performance over long distances. Supplied as bare wire on a pull box, it is ready for custom termination on site.

Installers pulling cable through walls.

The shielded construction helps reject electromagnetic interference in electrically noisy environments. Buyers who need pre-terminated patch cords or stranded conductors for flexible patching should look at a different product type. This bulk reel is not suited for short, ready-to-plug connections.

400 MHz rated bandwidth

The 400 MHz specification defines the cable’s maximum usable frequency and determines whether it meets the performance class required for the planned network speed. Verify that this rating satisfies the category and distance requirements of the installation before purchase.
