Bulk Cat 6 cable for structured wiring

Black Box GigaTrue 550 Cat 6 bulk UTP cable comes as a 1000 ft reel of green PVC jacketed cable with bare wire ends for on-site termination. It is rated for 550 MHz bandwidth and suits permanent horizontal runs in commercial or residential structured cabling systems.

The cable suits installers who terminate their own keystone jacks, patch panels or wall outlets in offices, data centres or campus networks. It is not suited for buyers who need pre-terminated patch leads, for outdoor or direct-burial runs without additional protection, or for applications requiring shielded or plenum-rated construction.

550 MHz bandwidth rating

The 550 MHz bandwidth rating is the single figure that determines whether the cable meets the performance class required for the intended Cat 6 channel. Match this value to the project specification before purchase.
