1U 19" rackmount fiber shelf pull-out tray

The Black Box JPM427A-R2 is a 1U rack-mountable fiber shelf with a pull-out tray designed for patch panel applications. It fits standard 19-inch racks and provides a sliding tray for easier fiber cable access and management. The unit includes mounting hardware for both 10-32 and 12-24 threaded rails.

10.8" depth limits cable slack management

The tray extends on slides but the overall shelf depth is fixed at 10.8 inches, which restricts the length of cable slack that can be stored inside the unit. Installations requiring deeper cable loops or larger bend radii may exceed the available space. The 1U height also limits vertical stacking of fiber organizers within the same rack unit.

Lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects

The product ships with a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Coverage applies to the shelf, tray mechanism, and included hardware such as cable ties, organizers, distribution rings, and locking buttons. Damage from improper installation or overloading is not covered.
