Secure 4-Port Dual-Monitor KVM

The Black Box KVS42004V is a secure KVM switch that lets one keyboard, mouse and dual DisplayPort monitors control four separate computers. It is built for operators who must isolate each system while sharing a single console.

Build integration and console savings

Each connected computer requires its own DisplayPort video cables and USB link to the switch, so plan for four sets of cables. The switch replaces four keyboards, four mice and up to eight monitors, freeing desk space and reducing peripheral cost.

Thermals noise and power profile

The unit runs passively with no fan, so it adds no audible noise to the workspace. Power is drawn from the attached USB ports, keeping consumption low and eliminating the need for an external power brick.
