Black Box EVNSL0272BK-0003 CAT6 250-MHz Shielded Patch Cable 3 ft

3 ft Shielded CAT6 Cable

This Black Box patch cable carries a CAT6 250-MHz rating over a three-foot length. Shielded S/FTP construction reduces alien crosstalk in dense bundles. The 26 AWG stranded conductors keep the run flexible for patch-panel or desk connections. Molded strain relief protects the terminations during repeated moves.

Suited to rack and desk patching

Installers who need a short, shielded link between a switch and a server or workstation will find the length and screening convenient. Builders who need longer horizontal runs or solid-conductor cable for permanent installs should look at something else. Users requiring unshielded UTP for simpler termination should also consider a different type.

250-MHz CAT6 bandwidth

The 250-MHz specification is the single figure that determines whether this cable meets the channel-performance target for a given CAT6 link. Match that rating to the design requirements of the network segment before ordering.
