Black Box EVNSL0614A-1000 network ethernet cable Category 6 1000 ft Yellow

Custom Run Cable

Black Box EVNSL0614A-1000 is a Category 6 bulk cable supplied as 1000 ft of yellow plenum-rated wire. Installers pull the exact length needed for horizontal runs between patch panels and wall outlets. The bare-wire ends terminate to keystone jacks or punch-down blocks on site. It suits commercial and residential projects that require standards-compliant horizontal cabling.

Plenum Jacket Build

The plenum-rated jacket meets fire-safety requirements for installation in air-handling spaces such as drop ceilings and raised floors. Yellow colour coding simplifies circuit identification in dense cable trays. Bare conductors on both ends allow direct termination without pre-fitted connectors, reducing waste and enabling precise length matching during installation.

Category 6 Bandwidth

Rated to Category 6 performance, the cable supports Gigabit Ethernet and other applications within the standard's specified frequency range. Buyers needing Category 6A or higher bandwidth for 10 GbE over 100 m should select a different cable class. The 1000 ft reel length covers multiple drops but may exceed requirements for very small jobs.
