Black Box EVNSL642-0030 30Ft Green Cat6 550Mhz network ethernet cable

Product identity

This is a 30-foot green Cat6 unshielded patch cable manufactured by Black Box under the Gigatrue programme. It is rated for a 550-MHz channel bandwidth and uses a snagless boot design with a CM jacket rating. The cable contains four twisted pairs and is built for structured wiring installations in commercial or residential environments.

Who this suits and who it does not

Installers who need a verified 550-MHz Cat6 link in a 30-foot green length will find this cable matches the requirement. Buyers who need a different length, a different jacket colour, a shielded construction or a higher category rating such as Cat6a should select another product.

Deciding specification

The 550-MHz channel rating is the single figure that confirms the cable meets the Gigatrue Cat6 performance tier for the installed link. If the project specification calls for that exact bandwidth rating, this part qualifies; if the design requires a different category or frequency class, it does not.
