DVI Coupler for Dual-Link Displays

This Black Box Innovations coupler joins two 24-pin DVI male cables into a single longer run. It supports resolutions up to 2560 x 1600 so dual-link signals pass through without degradation. The adapter is aimed at installers and home users who need to extend an existing DVI link across a room or through conduit.

Compact Black Housing with RoHS Compliance

The moulded black body measures 2.4 inches by 2.4 inches by 56 inches and weighs 3.53 ounces, making it easy to route through tight spaces. Both ends present a 24-pin DVI female socket, so no tools or soldering are required. RoHS, WEEE and RoHS 2 certifications confirm the materials meet current environmental standards.

Replaces Damaged or Short DVI Cables

Use this coupler when a factory cable is too short or when a connector has failed and the cable itself is still good. It avoids the cost and waste of buying a new long cable. The jump is not worth it if you need active signal boosting for runs beyond passive limits or if your source and display use HDMI or DisplayPort instead.
