The Black Box KVS4-2004VX is a NIAP Protection Profile 4.0 certified secure KVM switch designed for defence, government and financial networks. It allows one or two operators to control up to four isolated computers using dual-monitor DisplayPort video. Mechanical, electrical and optical signal isolation prevents data leakage between connected systems.

Verify DisplayPort Outputs and USB 1.1 Peripherals

Each target computer must provide two DisplayPort outputs and a USB Type-B port for the switch inputs. The console side requires two DisplayPort monitors and USB 1.1 keyboard and mouse devices connected to the dedicated Type-A ports. Audio switching uses 3.5 mm stereo connectors on both input and output sides. Cables up to 20 ft are supported for both input and output video runs.
