It connects one host computer with two DisplayPort outputs to a remote console supporting two monitors, keyboard, mouse and peripherals. The system suits server-room management, digital-signage control and secure workstations where the PC must remain in a locked rack.

Video Resolution 3840 x 2160 @ 30Hz

The extender supports a maximum video resolution of 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz across both DisplayPort channels. This frame rate is fixed by the hardware and cannot be increased by using shorter or higher-grade cables. Buyers who need 60 Hz at 4K should select a different product, as this model does not offer higher refresh rates at that resolution.

Operating Temperature and Power
