A 13-inch hand-operated vacuum pump with a 0.32-inch tip removes molten solder in a single stroke
This hand-operated vacuum tool removes molten solder during circuit maintenance and integrated-circuit disassembly. Its 13-inch length and 0.32-inch tip diameter reach joints in confined board areas. The blue plastic-and-metal body is built for repeated heavy-duty use. Single-hand operation keeps the other hand free for the soldering iron.
The high-heat-resisting suction nozzle withstands direct contact with molten solder without deforming. A spring-return plunger creates strong vacuum instantly, clearing a joint in one stroke. No external power or compressed air is required, so the tool adds no electrical load or noise to the bench. The anti-skid grip stays secure when hands are warm.
The pump needs only a heated solder joint to function, so it works with any iron, station or rework system already on the bench. Its 1.65-inch barrel diameter fits standard tool holders and drawers. No hoses, cords or fittings are required, freeoring up bench space and eliminating trip hazards. Buyers needing automated multi-port desoldering or heated-tip integration will require a different class of equipment.

Depress the plunger until it locks, heat the joint with a soldering iron, place the 0.32" tip against the molten solder, then press the release button to create vacuum suction.
Clean the tip after each use to prevent flux buildup; replace it when the heat-resisting nozzle shows deformation or the vacuum seal no longer clears solder in one stroke.
The plastic body softens if the 0.32" tip stays on molten joints too long, so allow cooling pauses to maintain the 1.65" barrel rigidity and vacuum strength.
