Bluecctv 1080P Vari-Focal IP Camera

This Bluecctv BL-IP-IR8020-3312 network camera captures 1920 × 1080 resolution video using a 1/3" CMOS sensor. The 3.3–12mm vari-focal lens allows adjustable field of view for targeted monitoring. Thirty-six infrared LEDs provide illumination in 0 lux conditions. The vandalproof and weatherproof housing protects the unit in exposed locations.

Suited for adjustable outdoor surveillance

Installers needing a manually variable focal length between 3.3 and 12mm will benefit from the lens flexibility. The rugged housing suits sites where impact or weather resistance is required. Buyers who want motorised zoom or remote focus control should look at something else. Those requiring higher than 2 megapixel resolution or a different lens mount type should also consider alternatives.

Check power and mounting compatibility

Verify that a 12V DC supply is available at the installation point. Confirm the recorder or NVR supports the camera's streaming protocol and 1080P resolution. Ensure the mounting surface can accommodate a C or CS mount lens assembly. No network cable or power adapter is included with the unit.

Questions about this item

Do I need a separate 12 V DC power supply for this camera?

Yes, the camera requires an external 12 V DC power source that is not included with the unit.

Will the 3.3–12 mm vari-focal lens cover the same viewing angles as my existing fixed 4 mm lens?

The adjustable 3.3–12 mm range lets you zoom wider or narrower than a typical fixed 4 mm lens, so you can match or change the field of view.

How can I verify the 1920 × 1080 resolution is actually streaming after installation?

Check the live view in your NVR or browser interface — it should report a 1920 × 1080 video stream at 2 megapixels.
