A 2-megapixel IP camera with a 4 mm fixed lens and 30-metre IR range in a vandalproof, weatherproof housing
This Bluecctv BL-IP-VP8020 is a 2-megapixel IP network camera built for outdoor surveillance. It uses a 1/3" Panasonic CMOS sensor to deliver 1920 × 1080 effective pixel resolution. The housing is rated vandalproof and weatherproof for exposed mounting. It operates on a 12V DC power supply.
The 4mm fixed lens provides a set field of view, so installers who need optical zoom or varifocal adjustment should look elsewhere. Buyers requiring a different focal length or a camera without infrared illumination will not be served by this model. The C or CS mount allows lens changes, but the supplied lens is fixed at 4mm.
Power connects via a standard 12V DC input, making cabling straightforward for most low-voltage installs. The C or CS mount accepts alternative lenses if the fixed 4mm does not suit the scene. Ensure the mounting surface can support the vandalproof housing and that the 30 IR LEDs cover the required night distance.
