HD-SDI dome camera delivers 1080p video through a 2.8-12 mm varifocal lens with 40 IR LEDs for night vision up to 1000 TVL resolution
The Bluecctv BL UH V242VR is a 2 megapixel HD-SDI dome camera built for installers who need 1080p video over coaxial cable. A 2.8-12mm varifocal lens lets you set the exact field of view during commissioning. Forty IR LEDs provide night illumination, and the ICR day/night filter switches automatically. The 3-axis bracket allows flexible angle adjustment on wall or ceiling.
The camera delivers continuous Full HD 1080p resolution at a horizontal resolution equivalent to 1000 TVL without compression artefacts. Wide dynamic range balances bright and dark areas in high-contrast scenes. Backlight compensation, highlight masking and Sens-Up improve usability in difficult lighting. On-screen display control via joystick simplifies on-site setup. Dual analog outputs give both HD-SDI and standard CCTV signals simultaneously.
At 12 V DC the unit runs the sensor, lens drive and 40 IR LEDs within normal thermal limits for indoor or covered outdoor mounting. True day/night operation with the IR-cut filter means no colour shift when illumination changes. The auto-iris vari-focal lens maintains exposure without manual re-adjustment. RG59 or RG6 cable with crimp connectors is recommended for reliable long-run signal integrity.
